Base fee:
  • Current member of Red Cedar, attending the event in person at Shambhala Center.
  • Attending the full retreat on Zoom, rate for current Red Cedar members
  • Attending the full retreat in person at Shambhala Center but not currently a member of Red Cedar Zen
  • Attending the retreat on Zoom, not currently a Red Ceda Zen member
  • Sesshin teachers Nomon, Shudo, Kanshin

Confirmed! We will have our annual celebration of Buddha's Enlightenment with a full 3-day sesshin held at Shambhala and broadcast on Zoom.

Sesshin is the formal Zen meditation retreat held in silence together with the support of daily Dharma talks and private interviews with the teachers. 

Please register soon if you can attend!

COVID SAFETY
Limit of 20 people in person. Proof of vaccination required. Masked and socially distant as possible.

Thursday 7pm - 9pm
Friday 7am - 9pm 
Saturday 7am - 9pm
Sunday 7am - 11am

MEALS
The current plan is for all meals to be provided for in person practitioners (buffet serve up, eaten with social distance, not oryoki). Details to follow.

ATTENDANCE
Accepting registration for in person attendance only for full time commitments at this time. Part time may be offered soon if there is room. Part time on Zoom will be possible.

REGISTRATION FEES
Reduced base registration fee is available for current members of Red Cedar Zen. 
A sliding scale addition to the base registration is provided during the registration process as an opportunity to Red Cedar Zen to help with our operating expenses during this challenging time.

Scholarships are always available on request.

And Dana (donations) may be made directly to the teachers here in our Membership & Giving section.
