Chant Leader:

Gratefully we offer the merit of our practice to the great teachers who have transmitted the lamp through space and time; to all beings in the 6 realms; and to the great earth that sustains our life.

May we hold in our hearts the well being of:  all hold a standing bow for the reading of the names
[names of people who are ill or suffering] and all those who suffer from illness, oppression and difficulty.

And may our remembrance and dedication to practice ease the passing of:
[names of people who have recently died] and all those who have died from war, violence, disease, and natural disaster.  all stand in shashu posture again

We especially offer our practice and our hearts to all those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, and for those who love and care for them, as we, together with all beings, realize the truth of Buddha's Way~ ~  〇
