Zen Meditation Retreats

Sesshin & One Day Sits

In the Zen tradition a core practice is sustained silent practice of zazen (seated meditation).

The Zen term "sesshin" means to "touch the heart-mind."

Two types:

We offer less formal One Day Sits which include more instruction and a more gentle schedule as well as more formal Sesshin.

To sit, to stop, to feel, to be. In community. With the support of teachers and a wise tradition.

This is a rare and important opportunity. Please join us in sitting at retreat.
