* Gentle accessible 1 mile walk with no elevation gain

Join us in a mindful exploration of the wetlands of Tennant Lake County Park outside of Ferndale.

We’ll gather at 10 am by the Tenant Lake house (next to the parking area) to begin a slow silent walk on the boardwalk.

Stops for sitting meditation and a simple Wilderness Dharma ritual will be included as we take our time immersing ourselves in the rich wetlands ecosystem. This walk is accessible, flat, and about a mile in length.

Optionally: bring a picnic lunch for some social time after our walk.

Led by Nomon Tim Burnett, formerly a naturalist and educator at Tennant Lake.

What to Bring: Comfortable layered clothing and a sack lunch if you're staying for lunch.
