1. Emergency Procedures Document has been sent to Scott for approval, corrections or additions. A final copy of procedures document will be posted on bulletin board across from the dokusan room.
Related to the procedures document, the Board discussed the location of the main water valve. The main turn-off valve is in the crawl space behind the basement office door. That door requires a combination. For security and privacy reasons, the Board decided to not include the combination in the procedures document. In an emergency, the combination for the door would be obtained by calling one of the emergency numbers noted on procedures document.
2. The Position of RCZC Clerk was reported as filled, but this arrangement will not work out. We are still looking for a clerk.
1. Performance Standards for RCZC Spiritual Director
Ken distributed evaluation forms for Tim's 2017 performance as SD. Board members will complete and return their evaluations to Ken by October 25. Tim will complete the form with a self-evaluation. Ken will aggregate the scores and comments. The Board will meet with Tim in November to discuss the results of evaluations.
