As a continuation of the class offered in the spring of 2023, Nomon Tim offers additional reflections on the Lotus Sutra. This is the 5th session of 6. (Unfortunately, session 4 was not recorded.)
In this class Nomon Tim returned to the first two powerful parables in the Lotus Sutra. Chapter 3’s Parable of the Burning House and Chapter 4’s Parable of the Prodigal Son (also Destitute Son). And explored ways we’ve felt like we settled for less and were distracted by the “toys” of life. What helps us to wake up to richer and more awake possibilities?
