Support the continued existence of Red Cedar Dharma Hall

The Red Cedar Dharma Hall is supported by two member groups who practice here, the Red Cedar Zen Community and Bellingham Insight Meditation Society,and by individuals who support the Red Cedar Dharma hall through donations as Friends of Red Cedar.

If you appreciate the Dharma Hall as a place for practice and peacefulness, we invite you to become a Friend of Red Cedar.Your contribution will enable Red Cedar Dharma Hall to continue to be a resource to the Buddhist community and community at large.

Friends are also invited to use the Dharma Hall individually if you like. Please contact Zen Cedar Zen's Membership Workgroup at info@redcedarzen.org or 360-312-7088 for the door code.

Your Friends payments will go directly to a fund used by Red Cedar Zen exclusively to pay monthly expenses for maintainingthe Red Cedar Dharma Hall The Red Cedar Zen Community are the stewards of the Hall.

Current monthly expenses for the Red Cedar Dharma Hall are $2400/month for rent and approximately $250/month for utilities.There is no minimum or suggested donation, but Friends generally donate between $10.00-$50.00 per month.

Paypal.com is allows you to pay securely by credit card now or directly from your checking account. Your Friendship will be begin as soon as payment has been received from PayPal. For most transactions this occurs immediately after you have submitted your online payment.


You may pay your Friends donations by mailing a check. If you would like a monthly emailed reminder to make that payment each month please contact the Membership Workgroup at info@redcedarzen.org. The address to mail your check to will be shown after you submit this Friends of Red Cedar form.


Contact your bank or credit union to arrange an automatic monthly or annual electronic check to be mailed to the Dharma Hall Fund c/o Red Cedar Zen Community at P.O. Box 5193, Bellingham WA 98227


For Whatcom Educational Credit Union account holders only. If you are a member of WECU this option is free for you and the group (PayPal costs us about 3% on each payment). You must contact the credit union directly and ask to arrange an automatic monthly transfer to the Red Cedar Zen Community's account number 272820 (first 3 letters 'RED'). Please contact the Membership Workgroup at info@redcedarzen.org with your WECU account number. This is needed to identify your donations.
If using PayPal only: use automatic payments and automatically repeat my monthly or annual payments and renew my Friends donations?


If you choose this option PayPal will make your monthly or annual payment automatically each month or year.

To cancel your automatic Friends contribution just log in to your PayPal account or contact the Membership Workgroup for assistance.


If you choose this option PayPal will only make your initial monthly or annual payment and no additional payments will occur unless you return to this form make another payment.

By pressing Submit, your information from this form will be sent to the Membership Workgroup for processing, and you will be sent to a new page for secure on-line payment instructions.
