Zen in Bellingham is our once a month public program offered, usually on the first Saturday of every month, from 9:30am - Noon. The community is warmly invited to join us for a moment of Zen with plenty of instruction and support. A little bit of each element of a Zen meditation meeting is offered with a introduction to meditation available to everyone coming early.
